How to book

The renting conditions refer to a use of the properties for vacation purposes, at the prices on the price list.

The minimum renting period is Saturday – Saturday. For longer reservations, exceptions are possible upon request under the owner’s consent.

Get in contact with the owner by the email address you will find on the website. Select the  apartments you are interested, and the renting period. Within 7 days, after the availability confirmation email from the owner, send a down payment (50% of the total amount, in euro) at the bank details you will find in the email. The receiving of the down payment will confirm your reservation.

The remaining amount, will have to be transfered within 30 days before the arriving date. If the booking has been done in less than 30 days before the vacation, the total amount has to be paid with a unique money transfer.

After receiving the payment, we will send you a booking confirmation (voucher), which you will have to show on site, to access your apartment. The voucher is nominal, valid for the names registered with it and for the period in it indicated. It is not allowed to give the voucher to other people, or to arrive with a more people than the amount indicated on the voucher. The owners may not allowed extra people to enter the apartments.

Check in  on Saturdays from 4.30 pm to 7 pm

Departures on Saturdays before and not after 10 am

In case of delays, because of difficulties throughout the trip, strikes or personal reasons, there is no refund.

The same rule applies for anticipated departures.

We are not responsible for losses or rejections caused by events or situations of major force (natural causes, political causes, health emergencies etc.) beyond your wishes.

The caution deposit of 500,00 € has to be paid on the check in date. It will be returned on the departure date. In case of damages an established amount will be kept. If you won’t receive your money you are allowed to not give back the apartments keys. Guest have to maintain a proper behavior.

Apartments will be found clean and in order. In case you consider the situation of the apartment not adapt, complains must be done on the check in date while the responsible is showing you the apartment. If guest leave the apartment without telling the responsible, refunds won’t be given.

It is not possible to accommodate more people, as the total amount indicated on the website, in each apartment.

Terms of cancellation:

There is no penalty in case of cancellations until 60 days before the arrival date.

For cancellations between 59 and 31 days before the arrival date, 70% penalty.

For cancellations from 30 days before the arrival date 100% penalty.

Cancellation wishes has to be sent in a written way (letter or fax)

Pets are not allowed.
